Sky Wallpaper.com is an online service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We provide legal copyright owners with the ability to publish yourself on the Internet by uploading, storing and displaying various media to use our services. We do not monitor, screen or otherwise review the media which is uploaded to our servers by users of the service. We take copyright infringement very seriously and will vigorously protect the rights of legal copyright holder. If you are the copyright owner of content that appears on the Sky Wallpaper.com website and you do not have the use of the Content you must Epic Wallpaper in written form to let us know that allegedly identify illegal content and to take action.

To facilitate the process easier, we have a form for your use provided. We will not be able to take action if you do not have the necessary information with us, please fill out all fields accurately and completely. Alternatively, a written notice via e-mail, fax or mail to the DMCA agent, as listed below. Your written notice must include:

* A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person who shall be entitled, on behalf of the owner, the representation that the act, an exclusive right allegedly violated.

* Information reasonably sufficient to permit contact Epic wallpaper, the complaining party, a name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to the complaining party will be contacted.
* A statement that the complaining party in good faith that is not the use of the material in the manner complained of right, allowed by the copyright owner, its agent or by law.
* Instead of a statement that the information is correct in the notice, and on oath, affirm that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
